Front Cover

This is a simple layout of how I am planing to layout the front cover of my magazine. It shows how I will make the Image the biggest part of the front cover and where I will place everything around in on the page.

Contents Page

This is a simple layout of my contents page as I want the page numbers and listings to be the main focus as it is a contents page. Everything else on the page will be featured around the listings such as upcoming events and editors note. This is not the final layout of my conents page because when I start creating the magazine, I will change things around to follow the style of my front cover.

Double Page Spread

This is a simple layout of my double page spread. After analysising R&B magazines, I felt there was a common theme of simplicity, therefore I tried to show this with my front cover, contents page and double page spread. I chose this layout as I think it is easy to navigate around the text and the pull quotes and image pulls apart the text and makes it easier and more appealing to read.
